Membership Terms & Conditions
1. Introduction
These Terms and Conditions govern your purchase and participation in The Premium Lounge (hereafter “the Membership”), owned and operated by David McQueen Ltd.
By purchasing or accessing The Premium Lounge, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before joining. If you do not agree, you will not be able to participate in the Membership.
2. Price and Payment
Membership fees and payment options are clearly stated at the point of purchase.
- Payment is taken via Stripe.
- Your first payment will be charged on joining, and thereafter on a rolling annual basis.
- Membership automatically renews at the end of each billing period unless you cancel as described below.
- Membership represents a minimum initial commitment of twelve months (as it is an annual plan).
Fee changes: We reserve the right to review and adjust membership fees periodically. You will be notified by email at least 30 days before any change takes effect. Continuing membership after that date constitutes acceptance of the new fees.
Cancellations:
- You may cancel at any time after the initial commitment period by providing one month’s written notice to: hello@davidmcqueen.co.uk.
- Access to The Premium Lounge will continue until the end of your current billing period.
- No refunds will be issued for partially used membership periods.
3. Membership Access
Your membership grants access to exclusive resources, events, coaching sessions, and the private Mighty Networks community (or other platforms as determined by David McQueen Ltd).
We may occasionally update, modify, or replace content to ensure it remains current and relevant. Access to particular features may vary depending on your membership tier.
4. Communication and Updates
By becoming a member, you agree to receive relevant communications from David McQueen Ltd, including updates, event invitations, and occasional promotions. You may unsubscribe at any time by following the link in our emails or contacting us directly.
Members are encouraged to acknowledge and respect the intellectual property of all materials shared within The Premium Lounge. Content is for personal use only and must not be reproduced or shared outside the membership without written permission.
5. Community Guidelines
The Premium Lounge is built on respect, openness, and professional growth. All members agree to uphold the following principles:
- Respect confidentiality: What’s shared in the community stays in the community.
- Encourage and support others: This is a space for genuine encouragement and constructive dialogue.
- Zero tolerance for discrimination: Any form of harassment, hate speech, or discriminatory behaviour will result in immediate removal.
- No self-promotion or solicitation: The focus of The Premium Lounge is learning and growth, not sales.
- Bring your authentic self: We value honesty, diversity of thought, and professional integrity.
Any member who repeatedly breaches these guidelines may have their access revoked at the discretion of David McQueen Ltd.
6. Service Provision
We aim to deliver high-quality, engaging membership experiences. However, we may occasionally alter delivery formats, dates, or platforms to ensure the best experience for members.
We may use third-party platforms (such as Mighty Networks, Zoom, or others) to facilitate events and communication. You are responsible for ensuring you have access to these platforms and that your use complies with their own terms of service.
7. Intellectual Property
All content provided within The Premium Lounge—including videos, written materials, and resources—remains the property of David McQueen Ltd or its licensors. Members are granted a personal, non-transferable licence to access and use these materials for their own professional development only.
8. Limitation of Liability
While every effort is made to ensure the accuracy and value of the content delivered, David McQueen Ltd accepts no responsibility for any decisions made or actions taken as a result of participation in the Membership.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, David McQueen Ltd will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your participation in The Premium Lounge.
9. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate any membership, without refund, if a member breaches these Terms and Conditions or behaves in a manner deemed inappropriate or harmful to the community.
10. Data Protection
All personal information is handled in accordance with the UK GDPR and the Privacy Policy available at https://davidmcqueen.co.uk/privacy-policy.
11. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
