The Strategic
Hour
One concentrated hour for CEOs, founders, and senior executives who need to think clearly about what they are carrying right now. No agenda beyond yours. No pitch. No framework to sit through.
This is not a discovery call. It is not a taster session. It is a complete piece of work — structured, disciplined thinking applied to the specific decision or situation that is live for you right now.
You bring what you are carrying. The hour is structured around your situation, not a fixed agenda. The questions will push on the thinking, not the person. Expect some discomfort. That is what clarity costs.
Within 24 hours of the session, you will receive a short written note — 200 words or fewer — summarising what we covered and one or two things worth your continued attention. This is yours. Not a proposal. Not a pitch for further work.
When to Book
- Scaling faster than your structure can support
- Preparing for a raise, a round, or an investor conversation
- Navigating an exit, acquisition, or leadership transition
- A consequential decision with no one in your circle who can hold it without bias
- A moment when you need to think — not be reassured
Structured around your situation, not a fixed script
There is no deck. No worksheet to complete. No framework to walk through. The structure is real — it is just structured around what you are navigating, not what I prefer to cover.
Terrain
You describe the strategic challenge. The decision, the pressure, the specific moment that has brought you here. I listen and ask clarifying questions. Most people arrive thinking they know exactly what the conversation will be about. That is fine. We will find out.
The Work
We work the problem. I will ask questions you have not been asked, push on assumptions that have not been examined, and name things that the people around you may not be willing to name. This is not a comfortable process. It is a useful one.
Reflection
I reflect back what I observed — about the decision, the thinking behind it, and what I believe is worth examining further. Some of this you will recognise immediately. Some of it will take a day or two to land.
Some conversations end here. Others mark the beginning of a longer working relationship — a Strategic Intensive for a specific high-stakes moment, or an Advisory Partnership for ongoing access. That is always your call, not mine. The session does not lead to a pitch. If further work is useful, we will both know it.
One session.
One price.
No invoice to follow.
Paid in full at the point of booking via the link below. The session is paid for before it begins.
A 30-minute session is available at £750 +VAT for leaders navigating a single, clearly defined question where the context is already established. If you are unsure which to book, choose the hour. The work rarely needs less time than you think it will.
On Confidentiality
Everything discussed is confidential. Absolutely. Without exception. I will not reference who I have spoken with, the organisations involved, or the nature of the conversation. That is a condition of the work, not a feature of it.
Before You Book
There is one short question before you reach the calendar: What are you navigating?
Two or three sentences is enough. This is not an application. It is so I can come to the conversation having already thought about your situation before we speak.
Availability
A limited number of these sessions are available each month. If the calendar shows no availability in the coming weeks, use the link below to register your interest for the following month.

This session requires certain conditions to be useful
You Are Ready If
- The decision authority sits with you — not a committee, not a co-founder who hasn't committed
- You want to understand what is true, not confirm what you prefer
- You are willing to hear what is uncomfortable if it is accurate
- You are not looking for agreement — you are looking for clarity
- You can bring the real version of the situation, not the managed one
You Are Not Ready If
- You are looking for someone to validate a decision already made
- The person with final authority is someone other than you
- You want reassurance more than you want clarity
- The primary goal is comfort rather than an honest assessment
If you are carrying something that needs a clear mind across from it
Book below. Bring the real version of the situation. The hour belongs to you.
