Quorum
A closed room for senior executives who want consistent access to advisory thinking, without a full engagement.
Limited to 30 members · By application only
Once a month, a small room.
Ten to fifteen senior executives. A live session on something that matters right now. Not a prepared webinar, not a presentation with questions at the end, but a closed room with a considered theme, open conversation, and rigour throughout.
Mid-month, a voice note from me directly to members. Ten to fifteen minutes. Not polished but deliberately direct. It could be something I'm noticing in advisory work that week. A reflection, a provocation, a pattern worth paying attention to. And once a year, a private forty-five minute calibration conversation. Just you and me. No agenda except what you are carrying.
Membership Limit
Thirty members max. When the room is full, it is full. There is no waiting list, only a conversation about the next available place.
Investment
Annual membership. The detail is shared once fit is established. This is a conversation before it is a commitment.
Live Session
A closed room for ten to fifteen people maximum. A strategic theme chosen because it is genuinely live right now, followed by open conversation. A session where your thinking meets the theme and both are tested. This is the heartbeat of Quorum. Members leave with something they can use that week.
Voice Note
Recorded directly to members. A deliberately intimate reflection on something I'm noticing in advisory work that week. Voice specifically matters here as it carries tone, personality, and trust in a way a written briefing cannot. The thing that keeps the relationship warm between sessions.
Briefing and Prompts
A focused one-page brief framing the session theme, with three sharp questions tied directly to it. These are delivered before the live session so members arrive having already thought it through. Less background reading and more a tool for arriving prepared rather than orienting in the room.
Strategic Calibration
One private conversation with me per year. An annual strategic calibration which asks, Where are you? What is shifting? What do you need to be thinking about? This is the moment Quorum membership pays for itself . It is also, often, the moment where the conversation about a deeper engagement begins most naturally.
Senior executives who want to stay close to advisory thinking
Quorum is for executives who are not at an acute inflection point right now but who know that thinking seriously and consistently is what separates the leaders who handle those moments well from those who don't.
It is for those who have heard the work through a keynote or masterclass and want continued proximity to it. For those who between engagements want to stay oriented and who are building toward a decision they are not ready to act on yet.
Quorum works well if
- You value depth over volume in what you consume
- You want access to advisory thinking without a full retainer commitment
- You are building toward a significant decision or transition
- You want to stay sharp between decisions, not just in them
- You want a room of serious peers, not a network event
Not a Substitute
Quorum is not a replacement for an Advisory Partnership, Executive Counsel or Strategic Intensive. It is a different layer of consistent access to serious thinking for leaders not currently in a full engagement. Some members join both.
Application
Share a brief context of who you are and what you are navigating. Quorum is not open-enrolment. Membership is by conversation.
Conversation
A brief exchange to confirm fit — for you and for the group. The composition of the room matters as much as the content.
Access
Annual membership confirmed. You join the next live session and receive the mid-month voice note from the current cycle onward.
On Discretion
The composition of Quorum is not published and members are not disclosed to one another without consent. What is said in the room stays in the room. The group functions because of the trust within it.
If the moment for a full engagement hasn't arrived — stay close to the thinking
Quorum is limited to 30 members. If you are interested, begin with a brief conversation about fit.
