The BRAVE Leader is a series of leadership programmes designed for those who want to develop an inclusive leadership practice. It is unapologetically focused on high performance, productivity and being commercial.
Based on The BRAVE Model™ these programmes guide leaders on how this can be done by being Bold, Resilient, Agile Visionary and Ethical.
The BRAVE Leader
This programme is our flagship programme delivered online to those looking to learn more about inclusive leadership and how it can be included in their way of working.
The purpose of the this is to get people thinking a lot more about why inclusive leadership is important, the practical application of it and how it can be embedded into work and community organisations.
CURRICULUM
The programme is run over 60 days under four key themes based on the book The BRAVE Leader. Better decisions for inclusive leadership.

THE NEXT COHORT STARTS IN JAN 2025
The BRAVE Executive
This programme is aimed at those who aspire to be executive directors, partners or other senior leaders in organisations.
This purpose is to help prepare those on a senior leadership track to be ready for the transition into these roles.
The attendees will come from a number of non competing industries to create a peer mentoring and support community.
