The room matters.
So does who is in it.
Events and programmes for senior leaders who want to think more clearly, decide more rigorously, and become one per cent braver over time. Three formats. Each designed for a different kind of work.
Roundtables. Retreats.
Masterminds.
Each built for depth.
Roundtables
Invitation-only gatherings of ten to fourteen senior leaders for structured conversation around a single theme. No panels, no presentations — a facilitated exchange among peers who are living the challenges being discussed. Each roundtable is anchored to one of three territories: Leadership, Capital, or Transition. Held quarterly in London.
Retreats
An annual two-day residential for a small cohort of CEOs and founder-owners. Time away from the organisation to think — without an agenda designed to produce outputs. The retreat is built around the real questions participants are carrying: the ones that rarely surface in a boardroom, a coaching session, or a leadership programme. Applications open annually.
Masterminds
A small group of peers — six to eight — working through similar challenges over six months. Curated for seniority and sector diversity. Structured for candour. The value is not instruction: it is the quality of the room and the conversations it makes possible when the right people commit to being honest with each other over time. Two cohorts per year.
One Percent
Braver.
The premise is simple: what would you do if you were one per cent braver? Not fearless. Not transformed overnight. Just one per cent more willing to act, to challenge, to decide.
A twelve-part seminar series for leaders who want to become consistently more capable over time. Structured around three arcs — Self, Think, Lead — run over a year with a consistent cohort of senior peers.
Run privately for organisations or as open senior leader groups. Each session stands alone; the year builds.
The value is the room.
These events are curated
for it.
These events are not open to everyone — they are structured around peer quality and candour. The application process is not bureaucracy. It is how we ensure that everyone in the room is worth being in it.
CEOs and founder-owners
Leading organisations of £5m to £250m+ revenue, across sectors, at different stages of scale.
Senior executives in transition
First-time CEOs, newly appointed MDs, senior leaders stepping into significantly expanded roles.
Leaders preparing for succession or exit
Founder-owners planning ownership transition, capital events, or the question of what comes next.
Portfolio leaders and board members
Non-executives, investors, and advisers who benefit from peer exchange with the leaders they work alongside.
Any format can be
commissioned for
your organisation.
Roundtables, mastermind cohorts, and One Percent Braver can all be run privately — for leadership teams, boards, or curated groups within an organisation.
The format adapts to the group. The rigour does not. Private events are not repackaged public events with a corporate badge — they are designed around the specific context, the specific people, and the specific challenges the group is navigating.
