FAQs

  • The coaching is primarily for CEOs and COOS or equivalent roles. The coaching also has elements that will include liaison with a chair or chief of staff where applicable. The executive team will also be in engaged in meetings, offsites and 360 feedback where applicable.

  • The cost varies depending on the nature of the agreement. A ballpark figure of the investment will be discussed on our discovery call

  • We suggest a minimum of 12 months for this kind of coaching to really embed the learning, but sometimes we will have a break clause after six months and we can review where we are.

  • The coaching programme will be designed with specific goals and outcomes. There will be check in points over the course of the programme as well as feedback to ensure that the targets have been achieved.
