Diagnostic Conversation
A 30-minute call to understand what you are carrying, assess whether Executive Counsel is the right structure, and clarify scope and cadence.
Scope and Terms
If the work fits, I will send a proposal outlining structure, cadence, timeline, and investment. Expectations documented. Confidentiality absolute.
Work Begins
Executive Counsel typically begins with an initial 90-minute session, followed by a retained cadence of twice-monthly sessions, 60–90 minutes each.
Timeline
Executive Counsel engagements typically run 3–12 months depending on what you are navigating. The cadence is sustained but bounded — not indefinite.
