Executive coaching partnerships usually run for 6 or 12 months, with sessions every month dependent on client needs.
Advisory partnerships may be structured as quarterly or annual retainers, depending on the scope of work and organisational needs. -

These are not one-size-fits-all programmes, but rather a partnership built around measurable results. -
The coaching and advisory programmes will be designed with specific goals and outcomes. There will be check in points over the course of the programme as well as feedback to ensure that the targets have been achieved.

Advisory Partnerships: from £25,000–£60,000+
Team Engagements: priced per project scope
All engagements include diagnostics, design, and follow-through sessions.
