Monthly Council

Half-day decision forum. Two to three members enter the room for live interrogation and pressure-testing.

Monthly Judgement Call

One-to-one session focused on a single live decision. Not coaching. Decision support under consequence.

Execution Window

Each month ends with a committed move and a return to the room. No drift. No post-rationalising.

In-person councils

Opening Council

A working day. Standard-setting. Authority, expectation, and seriousness are established early. This is not an orientation. It is the beginning of accountability.

Closing Council

A working day. Reckoning and direction. Each member accounts for decisions made, actions taken, and consequences now in play.

Location is confirmed per cohort. The Council does not rotate mid-cycle. Consistency protects focus.

Selection

Entry is by application

The filter is not status. It is seriousness, timing, and fit. You’ll be asked for context, constraints, and the decision you are delaying.

Travel and accommodation for in-person councils are not included. Payment is in full upon acceptance.
