David is probably best known for his work as a speaker, having graced many stages worldwide, from Australia to America. For the past 30 years, David has delivered keynotes and hosted conferences, from TEDx appearances to leadership and culture presentations, to various audiences.

David has more than two decades of professional speaking experience and is always learning. From classes on standup and improv to developing his skills in narrative and storytelling.

He also has a biweekly newsletter called The Lounge which is distributed to just under 1,000 subscribers.

In January 2024, he published his first book, The BRAVE Leader: More Courage, Less Fear. Better Decisions for Inclusive Leadership.
