David McQueen loves running businesses and coaching others to startup in business too.
From a young age he was always interested in the possibilities of what business can do, from running a tuck shop in school, to an entertainment company in college to experiencing failure in the dot com crash and having to bounce back again and establish his training companies.

David regularly mentors a few select young entrepreneurs each year and sits on the advisory board of a number of businesses as well as running his group of personal and professional training companies.

Magnificent Minds is a professional development company focusing on leadership development and presentation skills. We have worked with a number of blue chip clients, small and medium sized companies and professionals to deliver tailored workshops, coaching and seminar programmes.

Magnificent Generation is a youth development company focusing on leadership, career and attainment programmes for teenagers within and without the education system.
